Terms and Conditions of 8bet — Rules, Rights and Responsibilities

For the purposes of this document, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "8bet" or "Platform": the online Sports Betting and casino service available at https://8bet.express, including all its features, interfaces, applications, and associated services.
• "User" or "You": any individual who accesses the 8bet platform, creates an account, or carries out any type of transaction or bet.
• "Account": the individual account created by the user on 8bet, identified by CPF and email address, through which all financial and betting operations are carried out.
• "Balance": the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account for betting, made up of deposits, confirmed winnings, and released bonuses.
• "Bonus": credits or benefits granted by 8bet to the user subject to the specific conditions described in each promotion.
• "Rollover": the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real balance.

By accessing the 8bet platform and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Acceptance takes effect at the moment of registration and remains valid for as long as the account is active.

8bet reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To create an account and use the 8bet platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an 8bet employee;
• Not having been previously banned or had an account cancelled by 8bet for terms violations;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code.

At the time of registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. 8bet may request additional identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including a government-issued ID, driver's license, proof of address, and a selfie with your document. Refusing to provide these documents may result in temporary suspension or account cancellation.

The identity verification process is a security measure that ensures your account cannot be accessed by unauthorized third parties and that withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified account holder.

The 8bet platform must be used in a personal, individual, and non-commercial manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates or replaces human interaction with the platform;
• Systematically attempting to exploit technical errors, system failures, or odds inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage;
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing someone else to use your account;

8bet uses behavioral monitoring systems to identify suspicious activity. Accounts flagged for irregular behavior may have bets suspended for review, withdrawals temporarily blocked, or be referred for a full investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the balance is withheld and the account is permanently cancelled, with the possibility of reporting to the relevant authorities.

The platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance communicated in advance and technical outages beyond 8bet's control. In the event of an interruption affecting active bets, the refund policy described in the Sports Betting section applies.

8bet accepts the following deposit methods, all available in BRL (R$) with no currency conversion:

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, but 8bet may request additional documentation for deposits above certain amounts, in accordance with compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Pix deposits are credited to your account in real time — typically within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Boleto Bancário deposits take up to 2 business days to clear. Credit card deposits are credited immediately upon issuer approval.

8bet does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or card issuer are the user's responsibility and are outside the platform's control. Deposits made in error do not entitle the user to an immediate refund — please contact support to have your case reviewed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The primary withdrawal method is Pix, which offers the fastest processing. 8bet also accepts withdrawal requests via TED for major Brazilian financial institutions.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

8bet reserves the right to request additional documentation (proof of identity, proof of address, bank statement) before approving high-value withdrawals or in cases of suspected irregular activity. Refusal to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary withdrawal hold until the matter is resolved.

Bonus balances that have not yet met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn directly. The balance available for withdrawal is always displayed separately from the bonus balance on your account dashboard.

8bet offers a welcome bonus, periodic promotions, and a weekly cashback VIP program. Each promotion has its own specific conditions detailed on the offer page, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The standard welcome bonus is 100% on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, with a 5x rollover on the bonus amount;
• Bets placed to meet rollover requirements must have minimum odds of 1.50 per selection;
• Cancelled, refunded, or voided event bets do not count toward rollover;
• The bonus can only be claimed by a single CPF holder — multiple accounts created to abuse bonuses will all be cancelled;
• 8bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if there is suspicion of abuse or non-compliance with the terms;
• Unused bonuses expire 30 days after being granted, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms.

The VIP Program 8bet's loyalty program has five tiers: Bronze (3% cashback), Silver (5% cashback, from BRL 5,000.00 wagered), Gold (8% cashback, BRL 25,000.00), Platinum (13% cashback, BRL 100,000.00), and Diamond (20% cashback, BRL 500,000.00). Cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited automatically every Monday. VIP cashback carries no rollover — it is real balance available for withdrawal immediately after crediting.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting on 8bet:

• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00 per selection;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user after the event has started, unless the cash out feature is available;
• If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are fully refunded to the account balance;
• If an event is suspended or interrupted after it has started, bets will be settled based on the valid result at the time of interruption, in accordance with the specific rules of each sport;
• Obvious odds errors (incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault) may be voided by 8bet, with a full refund of all affected bets;
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for a payout. Cancelled selections within an accumulator are removed from the combination, reducing the final multiplier.

8bet may limit the maximum bet amount per event, per market, or per user based on risk analysis. Individual limits may be applied to users whose betting patterns are deemed high-risk, without prior justification.

8bet offers live casino games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, game shows), slots, crash games, and other digital games provided by certified suppliers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

8bet may suspend or close an account in the following cases, without prior notice being required:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Confirmed suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions;
• Submitting false documentation during the KYC process;
• Abusive behavior, threats, or inappropriate conduct directed at the support team;
• Order by a competent Brazilian authority.

In cases of closure due to suspected fraud or breach of terms, the account balance may be temporarily held pending investigation. 8bet commits to completing investigations within 30 business days and to notifying the user of the outcome in writing.

All content on the 8bet platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand, texts, images, interface design, source code, algorithms, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 8bet or its licensors and is protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.

Reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any 8bet content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited. Using the 8bet name, brand, or logo in any communication material, advertising, or digital content without prior authorization is also expressly prohibited.

• Consequences of bets placed under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other condition that impairs the user's judgment.

8bet's maximum liability for any claim related to use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable Brazilian law in the specific case.

8bet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, for reasons including changes to applicable Brazilian legislation governing the betting sector, product updates, new regulatory obligations, or improvements to user protection policies.

Users will be notified of any material changes at least 15 days in advance via email (to the address registered on the account) and through an in-platform notification. Users who do not agree with the updated terms must close their account before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on this page, with the last updated date displayed at the top of the document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and applicable legislation governing online betting and gaming in Brazil.

In the event of a conflict, dispute, or claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform, both parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through 8bet's support channel. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the user may:

• To consumer protection channels available in Brazil (state Procon, consumidor.gov.br);
• To the Brazilian Judiciary, with the court of the user's domicile elected as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes not settled administratively.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, such invalidity does not affect the remaining provisions, which remain in full force. In the event of a conflict between the Portuguese version of these Terms and any translation, the Portuguese version prevails.
